What we collect, and why.
Two forms, one analytics tool that loads only if you accept it, and nothing else.
Who we are
This site is run by Trellis Work Co., commercial registration 7050442909, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The data controller is Sulaiman Alsalameh. For anything on this page, write to hello@aitrellis.sa.
What we collect from forms
The company profile form asks for your name, work email and company. We use them to send the profile and to follow up once. No newsletters. We process these details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you.
The careers form asks for your name, email, the role you want, a link and a note. We use them for hiring and for nothing else. We process applications as a step toward a possible employment contract.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4. It loads only after you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, it never loads and nothing is sent.
It counts visits and five actions: booking a call, submitting the profile form, and clicking our phone number, email address or WhatsApp link. IP addresses are anonymised.
Stored on your device
Three small things, none of them tracking: your language choice, whether the opening animation already played, and your cookie decision. None of them identifies you, and none of them leaves your browser.
Where your data is held
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Analytics data is processed by Google. We use both under their standard data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Profile requests are deleted after 12 months. Job applications are kept for 12 months from the application date, then deleted, unless you join us or ask us to keep them longer.
What we never do
We run no advertising pixels and no profiling, and we do not sell or share your data.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@aitrellis.sa and we do it.
